About The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced JAVA developer who can lead a team of 3-5 developers abroad. The position includes responsibility for ongoing development processes alongside the management of the monitoring performance and quality control of the company’s platforms. The work routine will also include horizontal contact with the ML and linguistics teams. You will manage employees, work on your own tasks, tackle technical problems — at the code, architecture, and product levels, and come up with solutions, balancing practicality, and innovation in both short and long term.

Experience, qualifications & skills we are looking for:
- Experience with managing other developers.
- 3+ years’ experience with angular, Node.js and AWS serverless solutions -DynamoDB, Lambda, Cognito etc.
- Open-minded, flexible to changes and able to withstand pressure
- Proficient English
