We at Speak (E.H.A) Ltd ("Speaknow", "us", "we", or "our") recognize and respect the importance of maintaining the privacy of individuals participating in our Assessments. This Privacy Notice describes the types of information we collect from you when you participate in an Assessment as a Test Taker.
If not otherwise defined herein, capitalized terms have the meaning given to them in the Test Taker Terms of Service, available at ("Terms"). "You" means any individual participating in an Assessment as a Test Taker.
"Personal Data" means any information that refers, is related to, or is associated with an identified or identifiable individual or as otherwise may be defined by applicable law. This Privacy Notice details which Personal Data is collected by us in connection with provision of Assessments.
When we process information of Test Takers in the context of providing services to our Customers, the applicable Customer serves as a controller with respect to the Test Taker's Personal Data and Speaknow serves as a processor on its behalf.
We collect and use Personal Data of Test Takers solely for the purpose of providing services to our Customers. The collection and use of this Personal Data is done solely at the instruction of the applicable Customer and on its behalf. If you have any questions or would like to exercise any of your rights as a data subject, please contact the applicable Customer.
When you participate in an Assessment, you will be required to complete the registration form at the link sent to you by the Customer. There, you will be required to provide us with your name and email address. In addition, as part of the Assessment, you will be filmed and recorded. Finally, we will generate information about your performance in the Assessment.
This information we collect and generate about you will be shared with the applicable Customer.
In addition, we may use anonymized versions of voice recordings in order to train our algorithm and improve our services.
